Proprioceptive training... Bless you

Our main goals for our members are to enhance performance, give pain relief, and prevent injury. One of the main ways to prevent injury is through proprioceptive training (available in our elite membership). Below is an example of a proprioceptive exercise. Notice how is arms aren't supporting him? This is forcing him to have to balance with his core as he goes through the movement. Most injuries occur not because someone is weak. An injury usually occurs because of an inappropriate movement or a slow reaction time. Proprioceptive training trais the muscle to react quickly in unstable environments and trains greater control over limbs limiting inappropriate movements during actual activities. Depending on the sport and type of injury, proprioceptive training can lower the chance of injury from 35 - 82 percent.
