Key to Hydration

It's getting hot out there! 🌞 Make sure you are drinking extra water. Here is an equation to find the minimum amount of water you need every day. If you are sweating outside you will need extra.

1- Take your weight (lbs) and devide by 2.2

2- Multiply that number depending on your age. Younger than thirty multiply by 40 30-55 multiply by 35 55+ multiply by 30

3- Devide by 28.3 4- this number is in ounces. If you want cups devide by 8.
